Calls are recorded via Google Meet, so you can rewatch anytime. For 45-minute calls, I also provide key takeaways and next steps.

Yes! After booking, you’ll receive an intake form to complete before your session. Having your questions and any booked trip details ready will help us maximize our time.

Just reply to your confirmation email, and I’ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.

Yes! If something comes up, you can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible. No Shows will not receive any refunds. Late arrivals will not be extended. Its your time so be on time!

If you realize you need more help, you can book an extra 30-minute or 45-minute session anytime as well as upgrade to the Confident Traveler Package.

Due to the time and preparation involved, calls are non-refundable, but you can reschedule if needed.
